Sources
Everything on this site comes from the pages the organiser published. This page says which parts are theirs, which are ours, and what is still missing. It exists because on the record is a claim, and a claim needs somewhere to be checked.
What the record holds
| Editions | 80 | across 8 series, 2014-02-15 to 2026-09-27 |
| Results | 3,115 | one line per machine per event, as published |
| Entries | 4,505 | from the entry lists |
| Fighters | 556 | with at least one recorded result |
| Podium places | 273 | first, second and third |
What is missing, and we say so
- 5 editions with no podium published. The event happened; the organiser did not put out a podium. We show the gap rather than leave the row out.
- 23 editions where the declared entry count does not match the published list. We show both numbers and do not pick one. This is their discrepancy, not ours to resolve.
- 7 editions with no bracket published. Without it, the path to the final cannot be reconstructed — only the result.
A dash in oxide (—) means the source declares it does not exist. A diagonal hatch means no data. Neither is ever used for “we have not looked”: that is our pending work, and it is counted, not hidden.
Our translations 7
Anything marked ° is our rendering, not the organiser's. Where they publish an English name themselves, we use theirs and it carries no mark.
| Original | Ours | Note |
|---|---|---|
| ROBO-剣 | ROBO-Ken° | 剣 means «sword». The organiser publishes no Latin form for this series. |
| 新ROBO-剣 | New ROBO-Ken° | 新 means «new». Revised rules of the previous series. |
| ROBO-ONE剣道 | ROBO-ONE Kendo° | 剣道 is kendo, Japanese fencing. |
| 私のロボットはこんなことができるぞ!大会 | Look What My Robot Can Do° | An exhibition, not a fight. The Japanese title is literally that sentence, exclamation mark included. |
| 神奈川県立青少年センター | Kanagawa Prefectural Youth Center° | The historic venue: 43 of the 80 editions. The aliases are the same building with a room number or an admission note stuck on the end. |
| 厚木商工会議所 | Atsugi Chamber of Commerce and Industry° | The alias in brackets reads «behind closed doors»: it is a note about the tournament, not another venue. |
| 神奈川県立神奈川総合産業高等学校 | Kanagawa Comprehensive Industrial High School° | One edition only. |
Venues
Venue strings arrive with the room, the floor and sometimes an admission note attached. Twenty distinct strings resolve to 9 places. The grouping is declared by hand, not guessed.
